Axis Fall Retreat

The Axis Fall Retreat will be Friday, November 7 – Sunday, November 9. The total cost is $185 and a $75 deposit will secure your spot. Please fill out a separate form for each student. If you register with the deposit only, the next deposit of $55 is due October 3 and the last payment of $55 is due October 31.
To be guaranteed your correct shirt size, you must sign up before October 15.
